  • Do we require a deposit?
    Yes, appointments must be booked 2 hours before desired scheduling time. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $25 is due for all lash extensions services. The deposit must be paid the same day you are requesting services. The remaining balance can be paid by debit/ credit card, Cash, and Cash App. There is a $3.00 charge when your card is swiped. An extra charge of $20 will apply for same day booking. A $20 deposit is due for individual (cluster) lash services. A $150 deposit is due for all training classes. All deposits are required and non-refundable.
  • Do's and Don'ts
    DO - Be sure to come to your appointment with a clean face. (Preferably NO MAKE-UP) DO NOT - Book an appointment if you are pregnant or nursing - Bring other people to your appointment without informing team members and receiving approval.
  • How to properly care for your lashes?
    You clean them with oil free products. Example: oil free baby shampoo or professional eye lash cleaner. Do not drink caffeine products before your lash install. Do not put lash serum on within 48 hours of your lash installation.
  • What to do if I experience any issues with my lashes?
    If you experience any irritation or lose a few lashes within the first 24 hours of your appointment, please inform the lash tech and it can be fixed the following day.
  • Is there a grace period?
    Yes, All clients have a 15 min grace period. If you arrive 1 minute late after your grace period, your appointment will be canceled. Please give us a call if you need directions. Our services are scheduled by appointment only. Your time is important to us. PLEASE understand that there can be a delay in timing due to unforeseen circumstances. Your service will still be completed within the scheduled service time. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
  • What happens if you cancel your appointment?
    If cancellation is due to inclement weather. You will have 1 week from the original date of your appointment to reschedule. Rescheduling/Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment time. You will have 1 week from the original date of your appointment to reschedule. Please text the Lash Technician what day you will like to reschedule. If Cancellation is due to the Lash Technician, your deposit will be honored and also you will have 1 week to reschedule. If you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours, your deposit of $25 will be used as a cancellation fee. No call/ No shows will not be able to book services again.
  • How do I reschedule?
    Please contact us via phone, text or email to reschedule. Rescheduling can only be made 24 hours before your appointment time.
  • Does lash extensions take your real lashes out?
    No, It's a myth that lash extensions ruin your eyelashes. Lash Extensions are applied to your natural lashes and fall off naturally with time. Your eyelashes have a natural growth cycle where they grow to a certain length and then fall off once they've reached their maximum length.
  • How often should I get a fill in?
    We recommend every 2 weeks.
  • Can you wear makeup with lashes extensions?
    Yes. Please remove the makeup from your lash line at the end of the day with lash shampoo.
  • Can you wear contacts with lash extensions?
    Yes.
  • Can you wear lash extensions if you have bad allergies?
    Its best that you do not get lash extensions if you have bad allergies. Allergies causes you do rub , your eyes, and also allergies can cause waterness . These actions can cause your lash extensions to come out faster.
  • Can i go swimming with lash extensions?
    yes after 5 days of lash install it is safe to go swimming and enjoy the beach.
